30 Day Return

Jewellery Shop Returns

All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee (excluding specially ordered items, earrings and sale items). Unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact. You may either exchange the item or request a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items they are not in their original condition, and labels have been detached.

Returns Timescales

Our returns period is 30 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. This date is by which any returns must be received back to us, so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us.

We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days, so we would be grateful if you could bear with us.

If you have requested a refund, we will refund your credit card within 2 days but please note that once we have refunded your card, it is then out of our control when your bank refunds the money onto the credit card. Any refunds due are credited back to the card used to pay for the original order.

If you have requested a replacement of a higher value, we will telephone you to take payment information over the telephone for the difference.

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return - however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery.

How to return items

If you wish to return an item to us, you may do so by giving us prior notice. Please email and give details of the Order Number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address, the reason for the return and whether a refund or replacement is required.

Please return all items unused and in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact. You can use the original jiffy bag/box to return the item, but please ensure that the original addressee label is covered completely and please write your order number on the top left hand side of the package, to assist us in identification on return to The Mastoras Silver Shop.

Obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns and you should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
